Every promo writer regardless of the creative field will encounter seasonal plugs.
I can't work Valentine plugs because according to people... I have a tendency to create sleazy concepts. It's hard to make religion-based plugs for an international audience because there are understandable restrictions.
And sometimes, we live and die on punctuations.
So unless otherwise, I will follow Republic Act No. 9492 which states that National Heroes Day is written as NATIONAL HEROES DAY.
No apostrophe!
This will serve as a reminder just in case I need to write about this in the near future.
