Nelson Asaytono could have had a better PBA career if he played for Red Bull during the start of his career. Sure, he is a superstar... but voting committees wouldn't pass up on him if he's the premiere brand endorser of the team he's playing for. Alvin Patrimonio is to Purefoods... Johnny Abarrientos is to Alaska... and The Bull could have been for Red Bull. Now as for Enrico Villanueva... he came at the right time for the Bulls. Kerby Raymundo was just traded... DaVonn Harp is having citizenship issues... and Mick Pennisi is more of an outside operator. Basically, The Raging Bull fits Red Bull's "bullish" persona. I guess this is why his Raging Bull moniker is spot on. The former Ateneo UAAP MVP will just charge at anything just to score a dunk or to grab a rebound. And whenever he pulls his shirt after a devastating dunk, people rise to their feet. Villanueva also almost won an MVP award during Red Bull's storied rivalry against Kerby Raymundo and the Purefoods Chunkee Giants but would end become a journeyman for SMC teams.
