NATALIE IMBRUGLIA | TORN - LIVE WITH THE BBC ORCHESTRA
I am a huge Natalie Imbruglia fanboy.
The song Torn made Natalie my college crush. Aside from the song, her boyish hairstyle and rebel attire in the video made her look fantastic. Big Mistake is another song that is a jam. Beauty on the Fire is my second all-time favorite though.
Apart from Johnny English and some appearances I caught on YouTube, I haven’t heard or seen much from the Aussie singer.
This is why this version of Torn is incredible.
I know she looks her age in this Live with the BBC Orchestra video, but she’s still beautiful and can still sing.
The nineties, man. Eraserheads, Rivermaya, and Parokya ni Edgar leading the OPM band mania with the likes of Francis Magalona, APO Hiking Society, Regine Velasquez, Wolfgang, and Ogie Alcasid also giving the scene a variety of choices and in the international scenes, we have the likes of the Foo Fighters, Oasis, Savage Garden, Mariah Carey, Britney Spears, N'Sync, and the Backstreet Boys as some of the more notable acts.
How can you not hate that era?
