PBA STATS | WHAT IF STEVENSON SOLOMON NEVER GOT INJURED?

Updated: Jan 8, 2023

STEVENSON "BONG" SOLOMON

I remember Stevenson Solomon during his PABL days. I forgot what team but I think had a stint with Casino alongside Aldrin Barola. Anyway, injuries derailed Solomon's career. Judging from his Alaska timeline, Alex Araneta, Bong Solomon, and Johnedel Cardel could have been part of the Alaska grand slam machine. An eye injury wasted his potential and we just know him as the dude pre-Marlou Aquino Ginebra acquired for Dondon Ampalayo and a 1995 first-round pick.

The pick turned out to be Jeffrey Cariaso.

If Ginebra thought it was a good idea to give up two players for his services, then you know Stevenson Solomon in his prime was a potential superstar.
