What if Samboy Lim never got injured? I guess this is one of the biggest what-ifs in PBA history. It was every kid’s dream to soar and fly a la Skywalker.

Samboy Lim is a popular player but I can't really say if he's a Top 50 player. Don't get me wrong - I know he's good... but the injuries. 47 games in five seasons adding to the fact that he could have entered the PBA earlier had not for his RP stint.

Also called “The Dragon”, this former Letran Knight would master the art of acrobatic scoring which is at that time foreign to the basketball-viewing public. Coming from the awesome Northern Consolidated Cement-RP squad, Lim would play for the San Miguel Beermen and would become instrumental in their 1990 grand slam season.

Even with just two Mythical Second Team selections, people still see him as an all-time best.

Like I said... just imagine Samboy Lim's career if he didn't miss that many games.
