It felt like my UST Growling Tigers got a massive boost from that wild game against the Ateneo Blue Eagles. From that triple overtime game, it was as if four players delivered two games’ worth of production each. Sure, I expected big numbers from Collins Akowe and Nic Cabanero—but Gelo Crisostomo dropping 17 and 15, and Dom Escobar adding 13 and 20?

That’s just unreal.

And that’s exactly why Akowe tops this edition’s list. I know I’ve said it before—I have a soft spot for the foreign athletes—but what can the locals really do when these guys are just out there dominating? They’ve claimed three of the Top 5 spots, and five of the Top 20 overall.
