MY SPORTS CARD PROBLEM: BECAUSE OF THE WHOLE JA MORANT STORY

Yes, I know there is a bigger issue here and I understand it.

Sometimes, pro athletes need to check their egos. I know they still need it to excel in their games but if it's more of a liability than an asset, then they need to stop it.

How many times have we seen a player lose his future because he temporarily went insane? If a normal person can have that moment, then a world-class athlete has the tendency to amplify it. Ben Simmons is not injured physically, as much as he is emotionally. Ja Morant has the world as his oyster and the world might see things differently if he continues to act like this.

As if punching a minor is bad enough, you have to have guns as well. Haven't these guys learned from what happened to other top stars who placed their arrogance first without thinking about their post-basketball careers? Morant's playstyle is seriously similar to that of Allen Iverson, Steve Francis, Gilbert Arenas, and pre-China Stephon Marbury and we all know how they messed up and are atoning for their past selves.

Jason Kidd is regarded as one of the best point guards of all time and yet, we also see him for his numerous criminal offenses.

And as for NBA card collecting, Ja is the reason why I got into sports card collecting in the first place. With Zion Williamson often injured, RJ Barrett unable to take his game to the next level, Darius Bazley possibly on his way out, and perhaps the next name on the list is Darius Garland, the 2019 draft class, the same draft class that caused a spike in the hobby, is really going to take a hit.
