I have been sleeping on Veep for some time.
Anyway, it's hard to win an award while being in character because it comes off as pompous.
Lucky for Julia Louis Dreyfus, her character is supposed to be unbearable. And kudos to Tony Hale and to an extent, My Girl chick Anna Chlumsky for really going ham on their characters.
