WHAT DOES "CRT" IN PRODUCTION MEAN?

I'm putting this here because I need to know.

CRT in production typically stands for "Cathode Ray Tube," which was a technology used in older computer monitors and televisions to display images. A cathode ray tube works by firing electrons at a phosphorescent screen to create a visible image.

Nowadays, most monitors and televisions use LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) or OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) technology instead of CRT, as these technologies offer several advantages such as higher resolution, lighter weight, lower power consumption, and a thinner profile.

In a production setting, the term "CRT" may still be used to refer to the old technology or to refer to the large, bulky CRT monitors and televisions that are being phased out of use.
