Well, I forgot I also listened to this.
I am not a fan of 80s pop except if it's Michael Jackson... but I will dig their music if they take out all the silly electronic beats. I mean, I like most Wham cover songs when they re-release them to a current audience.
I may not get the previous autotune generation though.
Like I said, not a fan of electronic shit.
Anyway, I have listened to Dave Grohl's stripped-down version and I like how he growled in some parts here. Rick Astley's bread-and-butter is his high notes apart from his deep voice that could work in a band setup.
Everlong is one of my favorite songs of all time and this man did justice to the Foo Fighters hit.
Man, I love this Everlong version.
