I was in the middle of a Sunday drive when I stumbled on this song.
It had a hook and I was kind of digging it but I couldn't lay a finger on why it sounds awesome to me.
Then, I remembered.
Luckily, it was a red light.
THIS IS AN ERASERHEADS SONG!
I had to jog my memory. All I know is that the song came from the Fruitcake album. I thought the album is good... but I never really listened to it as much because it's a Christmas album. Yes, I can listen to Fruitcake and Trip to Jerusalem all year round...
... and apparently, Light Years as well.
Yes, I suddenly remembered the title of the song when the song hits the chorus part.
Lucky for me, I had Shazam-ed the song on my phone. I don't know much about Yolanda Moon but as per their bio on AEE Music, their music is a combo of "chill" and "soul".
And I just realized that there is a third Eraserheads tribute album.
Hmmm...
I am going to check out the Pop Machine tribute now.
